We
spent 3 days in Kuta, lazing by the pool, dodging the souvenir sellers,
walking on the beach and propping up various bars in town, whilst Elizabeth
took it all in her stride, and looked adorable!

Auntie Marian and Uncle Bill came to Balikpapan this August, and so what did we do? We went on holiday to Bali!

Then, we went to Ubud, the cultural heart of Bali, for 3 more days of relaxation amongst the rice terraces, tropical temperatures and banana juice drinks. |

Back
in Balikpapan, we spent some time chilling out at 'Le Batakan' - the beach
club at Total.

finally, we went up Balikpapan River by speed boat, on the hunt of monkeys!
