Elizabeth is just 13 hours old! She has just spent her first night in the nursery (punctuated by frequent trips to Mummy's bed for feeding), but is asleep again!!

10:13AM 20th March 2002 Still asleep, but this time in the arms of a very proud Daddy. He also got very little sleep (although at least he didn't have to feed his daughter every 3 hours....) |

12:57PM 20th March 2002 Still in hospital, but out of hospital clothing! ELizabeth is as smiley as normal, and looking forward to going home - wherever that is! |

8:24AM 23rd March 2002 Out of hospital at last, with Elizabeth slightly more awake...trying to look photogenic by the flowers which Alex's parents had sent us. |

4:21PM 23rd March 2002 A flying visit by Jerome, on his way back to Paris after a conference in Kuala Lumpur. Obviously a natural - born to be a father! |

12:49PM 24th March 2002 Have baby, will travel. Off for lunch at the Coffee Bean, in our designer carriage (Mothercare special) and portable 'Birdy Breezer' fan to keep us cool. |

9:44PM 25th March 2002 Like it or hate it, Elizabeth needs a bath (sometimes several during the day) - actually she seems to quite enjoy it (the screaming comes later, when her nappy is changed!) |

10:15PM 25th March 2002 After the trauma of changing and bathing, time to take a little dinner before going to bed. 'Hmm, this is strange - you don't look like Mummy - how can you give me my dinner?' |

5:26PM 2nd April 2002 Starting as we mean to go on..... she may only be 2 weeks old, but Elizabeth is already living the high life, with high tea at Raffles (she screamed for the first half hour whilst waiting for her milk - not very ladylike!) |
